Customer Care
1. Delivery Times
Local Deliveries: We deliver fresh produce within the same day and up to 3 days after you place your order, depending on your location and order volume.
Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made between dusk and dawn Monday through Friday. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests at this time.
Same-Day Delivery: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 11:00 AM (subject to availability). This is available for a limited range of products and delivery zones. Please check our availability during checkout.
2. Delivery Fees
Standard Delivery Fee: A flat delivery fee will apply to all orders within the 30-mile radius.
3. Packaging and Handling
All produce is carefully packed to maintain freshness during transit. We use eco-friendly packaging that ensures your order stays cool and protected. Depending on the order, we may use insulated bags, cooling packs, and boxes that keep your vegetables fresh from our farm to your table.
4. Delivery Process
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email or text notification confirming your delivery date. If you have any specific instructions or need to reschedule your delivery, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Contactless Delivery: For your safety and convenience, we offer contactless delivery. Simply provide your delivery instructions, and our driver will leave the order at your doorstep.

Delivery Tracking: Currently, we do not offer real-time tracking. However, we will notify you once your order is on its way, and you can expect it within the scheduled delivery window.
5. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable to receive your order at the time of delivery, we will leave it at your doorstep (if safe to do so). In the event that we are unable to deliver successfully, we will contact you to reschedule your delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply if the delivery is missed and needs to be rescheduled.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We only deliver to residential and business addresses within the 30-mile radius of our farm.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship outside our local delivery area or internationally.
